Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner
The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. The OISC is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry. Global Visas is registered with the OISC at the highest immigration accreditation level possible, giving clients piece of mind, confidence and protection.
Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) Global Visas employs one Registered Migration Agent (Migration Agents Registration Number 0005207). To maintain their Registration, Registered Migration Agents are required to undertake Continuing Professional Development each year, in order to keep abreast of changing requirements and also to retain and improve their existing knowledge and practice skills. As Global Visas employs a Registered Agent, all Global Visas employees must adhere with the professional standards, as set out in the Code of Conduct.This certification affords our clients the peace of mind that their migration application is being dealt with by a reputable, highly skilled individual.

Global Visas are proud to be partners with the UK Foreign Office in the Know Before You Go Campaign. Our goal is together educate and enable people to enjoy exploring our world safely and with the correct level of support and sound advice. Recently we were invited to an evening function to be thanked by the European Minister for our efforts but we believe it is a great partnership and makes a real difference to people and it was the FCO who cam up with the idea. BSI is the British Standards Institute. Global Visas has introduced and maintained the latest Quality Management System based on the model BS EN ISO 9001:2000 set out by the British Standards Institute. Global Visas are regularly monitored and evaluated in accordance with this model, providing our customers with additional confidence in our service.
