I am going to the UK on a partner visa of an EEA citizen. I am the legal guardian of my 15yr old niece. I would like to know what visa to apply for her to continue living with us in the UK.

Hi, I am seeking help for my sister who finished her medicine 8 months ago in India and willing to move to UK. we have many doubts and confusions due to the various restrictions placed on doctors. It looks like she can apply for PSW or post study work permit (as her qualification is recognised and she gained enough points to apply for it). If she gets this Visa can she write PLAB2 and take up employment here?
Can you please suggest us with the current situation.
Thank you

_ Urgent _

Does a Canadian who was on a 1 year ban 320(7b) need a visa to enter the UK after the ban is over & meets all other requirements as a family visitor?
