My children are here in UK for last 6 and half years and were on a valid T2 dependent visa all the time during this period. Visa is going to expire in next couple of months. I do not have enough P60 to qualify for ILR. What should I do. Should I put a Human Right applictation at this stage or should Extend my T2 visa.
