Thats is a good effort, atleast home office policy is little bit clear on this. My children are here in UK for last 6 and half years and were on a valid T2 dependent visa all the time during this period. Visa is going to expire in next couple of months. I do not have enough P60 to qualify for ILR. What should I do. Should I put a Human Right applictation at this stage or should Extend my T2 visa.

It really depends on the individual circumstances of each case. If you need to speak to a UK immigration expert you can get in touch with one of the lawyers at Global Visas. The easiest way to do this is to visit the UK Immigration section of our website and click on the free assessment.

Hi
I came to the UK when I was 8years old on a visit visa with my mother but have overstayed my visa and would like a permament residence to remain in the UK as both my parents have been granted with their stay and no longer have any family in my home country but now that I'm 18, would this effect it? If apply for Artical 8 ECHR whould this help me to get my stay? Please reply
