The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)

OISC is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. It is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry. Global Visas is registered with the OISC at the highest immigration accreditation level possible, giving clients peace of mind, confidence and protection.

Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)

The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is a not-for-profit, self-regulatory body created to protect the consumers of Canada immigration consulting services while ensuring the education, competency testing and discipline of its members. The Council replaces the now-defunct Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA)

Global Visas employs Registered Migration Agents in Australia (MARN 1068924). If your case is managed in Australia, a MARA registered agent will handle your case. This certification affords our clients the peace of mind that their Australia immigration application is being dealt with by a reputable, highly skilled individual. Registered Migration Agents must adhere with the professional standards, as set out in the Code of Conduct.

To maintain their registration, registered migration agents are required to undertake continuing professional development each year, in order to keep abreast of changing requirements and also to retain and improve their existing knowledge and practice skills.

If your case is managed outside of Australia your Global Visas Case Manager may not be registered with MARA.
