Arsene Wenger: managing UK work visas
Following the trend of several other big clubs in Europe, Arsenal are poised to poach the talents of 15 year old Luis Gil from the US.
The club is aiming to sign the teenager, who is from California, and he has already trained with the Premiership side in May of this year.
Reports from Goal.com state Gill will move to the UK and join the Arsenal Academy within the next few weeks. He will train and work in the UK.
The player has played football at Patedores and has won international caps at U-17 level for the US.
He will require a Tier 2 visa for sports people and the club must be in possession of a valid sponsor licence.
