If you would like to ask a question or provide feedback on how we served you please contact the Global Visas Client Care Department by emailing feedback@globalvisas.com. You will then receive a telehone call to address your issue and rectify it ASAP.

Global Visas has been running since 1996 and in that time we are delighted to report less than 0.02% of our clients have had an issue with our service. We want to keep it that way and are always looking to find new ways to engage our clients in providing feedback regarding our services.
 
Rather than waiting for an issue to arise we are proactive and provide every person who contacts Global Visas a feedback questionnaire regarding their experience. We are proud to report over 96% of clients would like to use us again or refer a family member or friend.
