Please take a few moments to read this legal notice regarding the use of the Global Visas Group (or any associated company) website, last updated 4th February 2009.

By accessing or using the Global Visas site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our role & Commitment to you

Our service is separated into two clear parts as per our process flows within our case management systems.  You will have access to our online log in area online 24/7 to assist you in managing your case via our secure login area.

Part One:

We provide a comprehensive consultation on your case.  This will take place within 3 working days of becoming our client.  During your consultation your case manager spends as much time as you require ensuring you receive all the intellectual property you require to fully understand the Immigration laws and other legislation affecting your case.  Your Immigration history shall be discussed in depth to ensure nothing will hinder your case being a success.  If we do discover any issues during our consultation we shall inform you.  Some issues may only become apparent on receipt of your documentation and we will be unable to comment on those until your documents are provided in full.    

As part of the consultation your case manager shall provide you with complete guidance and advice regarding all your documents to ensure you have complete clarity on the documentation required, specific to your case’s own unique individual merits.  We provide you with our complete intellectual property to afford you with a full understanding of the merits of your case and the technical knowledge in how your visa shall be secured.  We confirm all our conclusions of your in-depth consultation in writing for your records.

Part Two:

The second stage of our case management process includes continued communication once we review all your documents, preparation of your case bundle ready for presentation, completion of all relevant application forms and lodgment of your case to the Authorities.  Once submitted we work closely with the Officer dealing with your case with an aim to ensuring a positive outcome.

N.B. Your case manager shall not be able to discuss your case further once we have established the document list during your consultation until such time as you have provided all documents requested.  This is simply because we can not spend time speaking hypothetically about documents we have yet to see.  It is also important to note in Immigration cases we require all your documents before we can pass comment on a single document.

Warranties & Liability

You will be required to upload all your documentation discussed during our consultation into our secure client login area or post them to your local Global Visas office.  We expect all documents within 90 days from date of our consultation. In the unlikely event a client does not provide us with their documents within 90 days of their consultation we will be forced to close the files as we can not allow the case to remain open indefinitely while immigration laws, policies & quotas change constantly.

N.B. In circumstances where a case requires multiple lodgements to various governing bodies Global Visas expects documents for each case stage to be provided within 90 days, once requested by our team.

Remember, Global Visas has no control over the time taken to process an application once it has been received by the governing body, nor are we able to guarantee their final decision on a case.  Global Visas can not accept liability in the event that your application is adversely affected due to a change in the law, policy or quotas.

Termination & Suspension

This agreement shall be suspended automatically in the event of force majeure arising and circumstances beyond the control of either party operating to prevent either or both of them from fulfilling any obligation. Such suspension shall be maintained for as long as the force majeure persists.

You may, without cause, terminate this contract at any time by giving written notice to Global Visas that you are ending your instructions, but, if you do so, you shall be liable to pay any outstanding Global Visas fees and any additional fee and any further fee that you have already incurred, and this shall apply even if any of your fees have not been demanded or paid at the moment of termination.
